No update after being delivered on July5

Me too since July 5th no update I called cic agent they told me we are too busy because of high volume passports received but he told me ur visa printed on passport and COPR ready but no update on my cic account

When did you call? I call last friday and they had no updates.

I called around 9am pst. They said copr has been printed but no updates about passport on my profile. Which means my package is still in mail room. I couldnt get through to them today.

Tracker activated : 22-july.

I called CIC. COPR has been printed. Passport is in queue for visa printing .
