i have contact cic they requested information from ottawa that where is passport also i send them email today to find out if they have sent it if yes where did they sent it.

Which number you used to call? I sent my passport Aug 24th, still no news...
App closed Sep 1... tracker not active.

i used Telephone number: 1-888-242-2100 (only from within Canada). i think only option we have is wait.

I emailed cic, and they replied that passport will be sent by today 9pm.

While emailing provide all your information to get reply: name, uci, dob, express entry number, passport number.

I have just called CIC. They also said that they would return our passport today, but does not give the time , hopefully at 9:00 pm

I called spoke with a Rude OK lady. "Sir passport was received on 30th bal bla bla we cant confirm when they will sent back". LOLOLOLOL

I sent my pp on 17th and they received it on 19th, I got approved and closed on 30th and since then just waiting,,,,,,,,,,,,
