We got the passport request letter from IRCC and they asked us to send our passport copies (me and my wife) to VAC in NYC. Since we sent in one envelope using 2 way courier they asked to pay for 2nd label and VAC transmission fees. Once we completed the request we received 2 tracking ids. When we try to get status for those tracking ids, it shows IRCC have dispatched both envelopes to VAC New York. This is been shown as for more than 2 weeks. I tried to call VAC New York today and they confirmed they still haven't received the package from IRCC and asked me to send email to escalation.canny@vfsglobal.com. I have sent email to escalations asking update for both the tracking Ids.
Has anyone faced this situation and know what to do.
