Hello, we received an email asking to submit passport for parents for issuance of COPR. Situation is that one of the parent is in Canada while the other is back home in India.
If we submit the passport for one parent in Ottawa and other in India, will that delay issuance of COPR? Or will they process them separately at Ottawa and India?
What if, at this stage the parent in India (dependent on the application) changes their mind and chooses not to move to Canada at all? Can the parent who is the main applicant, drop them?
Medical and security clearance is already done.
