We had applied for replacement visa on 14 Feb'2017 at the VFS office in Mumbai. However we submitted a request for withdrawal of passports on 16 Feb'17.
Its been 19 Days but we havent received any communication on the status of the passports. VFS is unable to help. WE havent got any reverts on the E mails sent to delhi-im@international.gc.ca. Phone call to the Embassy in Delhi is of no use as they do not discuss these issues on the phone.
Does anyone know how to get to know the status of the passports.In howmany days does the Embassy revert on e mails? And should we be worried if the passports have been lost or misplaced?
