We had submitted our passports for replacement of visa on 14 Feb'2017. However we asked the Emabassy to return our passports as we planned to apply for fresh Visitor Visas. The application for withdrawal was submitted on 16 Feb'2017. Its been 19 days but we dont have a revert from High Commission. VFS is unable to help. Mail requests to delhi-im.International@gc.ca are going unheeded. Havent received any reply from them. Called up the delhi office but they dont discuss this on phone.
Does anyone know how to find the status of submitted passports? DO they inform if passports are lost or misplaced? And when do the people at the high commission revert (How many days)
