There is a part that asks a photocopy of the passport info page for all members of the family. Does that mean only the ones being sponsored or also my daughter who is a Canadian citizen?

we live abroad and are applying outland, thanks

Well I think you can attach a photocopy of either her Canadian passport or her Canadian Birth Certificate, or her Citizenship Certificate (if she was born abroad). Just so you clarify to CIC that she is already a citizen of Canada and does not need to be sponsored. Because she will be included in your application (immigration form - IMM5406 and sponsorship form - IMM5481).

In my case my daughter was born abroad to a Canadian father and we have just applied for her Citizenship Certificate. It is not gonna be ready at the moment of submitting my sponsorship application. That is why I am going to enclose her notary certified translation of her Birth Certificate which clearly says, that her father is a Canadian Citizen. Which means she doesn not need to be sponsored.

:)

Thanks. Yeah we also applied for her proof of citizenship but it takes months to get it. On her birth certificate, it doesn't say the nationality of the parents.

But if I send my copy of the passport or my citizenship certificate, would it be sufficient? because it's obvious that she is Canadian if her mother is.

I think that shoud not be a problem. Personally I would send both Passport and Citizenship Certificate photocopies.. just in case.
But I think that is not that big of a deal.. Cause she is a citizen no matter what.
