I am wondering what if you do you pr application but don't have passports for the kids yet? I still have to get passports for my children I dont know why I thought only adults needed them but i have been reading and it seems that everyone needs one even if they are under 18. Can a nexus be considered as id for children or do they have to have passports.

But it all depends which Country you are from and the rules about obtaining a personal passport, for example in my Country if you are under 15years, you don't need to have a passport. So what is the age to have passport in your country?
