From what I've heard flag polling is the fastest way, cause you have to schedule an appointment in local IRCC office, and I'm not sure if they work on weekends.

Those who already sent out their passport in Canada, could you please share what exactly did you include in your package?

1. what kind/Size of Xpresspost envelope should I use for sending out the package?

2. what kind/size of pre-paid envelope should I use for CIC to mail passport and copr letter back?

3. I put up a checklist including: PPR email printed out, Passport, two 50x70 photos, Annex A, one pre-paid envelope
Is there any other thing I need to include in my package?

4. How to pack them? Can I just put everything mentioned in the (3) in the Xpresspost envelope from (1) and mail it out?

5. Aside from Annex A, shall I write any letter or sign anything to let the CIC knows what is going on?

6. Would courier such as UPS be a better/safer option?

forgive me to be a bit paranoid but I really don't want to mess this up

btw, how do you guys manage to print a single Annex A form?
I tried to print the email out but because of the format , the Annex A is always being printed on two pages instead on a single page.

2) margin minimum
3) paper size A4

Highlight the whole Annex A, right click -> PRint.... It will print only highligthed section

I lost barcode when I tried to do that, but I am using Word 2003 ;D Dunno if it works with newer versions...
