Hi, I have couple of questions on Passport Surrender

1. Have to put all application separately for each of family members including minor ? Like individual package ?
2. Individual drafts for each applications ?
3. How about Kids (Minor) application ? Same process and forms ? What about signature on form for them ?
4. Address proof for Kids (Minor) , Is bills or DL of parent will work ?

1. You can send in single but need to book separate for getting it back. Call BLS to book it
2. Individual is better. If one application is having problem all will not get returned back which may happen in case of single draft.
