Passport submitted / Tracking shows nothing

Hello guys
I have submitted my passport a week ago after PPR since a week and was advised to track ny status via cic tracking link
Whenever I check, nothing shows like my application was not submitted
Any advice ?

There's no status update with mycic account until your COPR and PR visa has activated. However you can track your package (passport) online via Canadapost site. Normally, it takes 10-14 working days, return tracking will activated.

The prepaid envelope that you sent to CIC has a tracking number on it, you need to have that on hand, then you go to canadapost.ca website and track it from there.
