I have got an email from CPC ottawa demanding my passport and photographs to be submitted at VFS office. I did the same on 10th Dec 2019. But till now neither i have got any update from vfs nor on my express entry account. What should i do next?

Same situation here. Submitted in VFS Chennai and the file is still in processing at New Delhi Canada high commission. I am unsure why they are delaying this much https://www.international.gc.ca/world-monde/india-inde/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng
We are in the same boat. Submitted passport at Chennai vfs on 17th of Dec and its sill in process at new delhi. I guess due to the fact that there was christmas holidays, new year and the back log of files to be completed due to year end maybe the cause for delay. Please keep us posted.
