Passport submission

I have applied under the fedral skilled worker and i am done with my medicals and i was asked to submit my passport to the New Delhi office. i have submitted my passport I would like to know in how much time do we get our passport back

I submitted my passport in mid Sep 2012 and still waiting for visa....i applied under FSWC
