Hi,

This is with reference to my application for Spouse Visa. My application is in Stage II and have received a letter from CHC to submit my passport and pay the RPRF fee. While I will do all that, it also states that submit the original PCC.

Would like to highlight that I have already submitted my original PCC with the application before and is still under the validity period of 6 months. Why have they asked it again? Is it because the letter is an automated letter and hence states that?

What do you suggest, should I write to CHC and check about the same. Also, would anyone know in case I need to take another copy of it from the passport office, will they give it to me again?

Any idea how long it takes to get the passport back after the submission?

Look forward to hear.

If your visa office is in India, the PP request is done VERY early in stage 2.
You will now have a long wait without your passport.

If they have made an error about your PCC, you need to send a letter with your passport to tell them that they have and asking for clarification.
