My passport is being sent back to me now from IRCC, but my Canada application still shows the following (click the red text below)-
Why does it still say "We are reviewing eligibility"? Why are they still processing background check? I am worried that my passport isn't stamped and this might be a sign of rejection
Review of eligibility
- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
- July 22, 2021 You passed the medical exam.
- We do not need additional documents.
- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
- August 13, 2021 Completed.
- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
- Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details.
