passport stamped with visa...no letter of introduction

I didn't get letter of introduction with passport.... Is it necessary ?? If yes, then how can I get it...?? Applied online under General.... My consultant says online applications are not getting letter with passport....

Stamped passport is all they check, Show ur stamped passport at POE and njoy life in Canada.... best of luck
