I have got a transit stamp (Temporary Entry Stamp) in my passport from China while I was traveling to my origin country. The set of stamps (total 3) has some words in English and some in Chinese. The main thing is both entry and exit stamps have the same date and it is not clear which one belongs to entry and vice versa. I entered China and left on the very same day. It was a few hours of stay at the airport before boarding my connecting flight.

My passport page with these stamps looks like this-

I don't know if getting these two stamps translated will make any difference. But, for peace of mind, I want to get this done before my test invite.

I would be grateful if someone can share the details of a certified and economic translator in and around Surrey, BC

They say the exact same things in English and Chinese.
Thanks for the reply.
The two small stamps don't specifically say "ENTRY" or "EXIT" in English. Only the date and country are readable.

I had Chinese stamps on my passport as well (different dates for entry/exit though), and didn't need to translate them. You should be fine.

I got my application status changed to in-process. Now I would like to get the stamps translated.
Does anyone have any info about a certified and economic translator in and around Surrey, BC

TIA

So I'm new to the application process and a little confused. I thought we didn't have to provide copies of passport stamps?

They may or may not ask to verify the passport stamps at the time of test/interview.
