There is no mention of submitting negatives along with passport pics when submitting the application. Also one wont stamp n write address of the photo grapher on the back of the pp pics...I am Canadian and I know one has to stamp and have address of the shop on the pics if applying for PR Card and Passport within Canada....

It is been written the photos should be identical produced from same untouched negative or exposed simultaneously by a split image or multi lens camera..Whts this means by?

Do we need to add negatives ...

No need for negatives, just follow the exact photo specifications. Also IT IS NOT passport sized photos, they are similar but they are NOT passport sized.

Is stamping required?

The photo guide does not mention anything about stamping. I personally sent my 8 photo's off without cutting them, I will let CIC do that and the photographer had his website and stamp at the bottom corner of the cluster of 4 photographs. I only left it there so CIC could cut it exactly how they wish to but you don't need no stamp.

Same identical produced from same untouched negative or exposed simultaneously means the all photos should be same i.e for example one photo from one negative and other photo from other negative does not work...It should be from the same negative...I became PR 1n 2002, applied for PR Card within Canada in 2003/4 (when they started issuing card ) and Citizen in 2006...In each and every case only pics are requested as per the required dimensions and specifications and I should inform that all these pics differ only in specifications and NEVER NEGATIVES are requested by the CIC....

Yeah this form really needs updating. Negatives have not been used in the last 15 or so years. Almost all photos are now digital, so there will be no negative, it will be a digital reproduction of 1 photo so they will be exactly the same. Forget the negative part, that is so 1990's.

My photos were stamped by the photographer who took them. I used a passport photo office.

So will send the photos which are digitalized n stamped at back...
is this fine now?

when we made photos in Canada, they did stamp the photos and put a date on them in the place where they took pictures.
Also they did not give us any negatives as the pictures were digital.
