We just send our PPR to Ottawa today for visa and copr. sending the passport to CPC- Ottawa hasn't hard but returning Pre-paid envolope was bit confusing. we tried thousand time having a return label but it didn't work. then the FEDX lady told us to fill a paper which looks like this. i included the sender which was CPC-Ottawa address and Return to My Address. I also included everything. the slip i filled out for my return envolope look link the picture in the link i share....

We did sent the return envelope and it has that similar looking slip. will it be a problem ? when cic returns my passport? kinda freaking out about this
