Thank you for your answer. I will give my immigration consultant a call tomorrow. Meanwhile you mind me ask you one more question? So I do have a tracking number from my consultant with the format you mentioned above. But when I track it on Canada Post's website, it said "we are not able to find any results",so this means "Not activated", right? My passport was delivered on Dec 30, 2015 and I guess CIC has not even started looking at it lol. So meanwhile I just type in my tracking number, if the message changes from "we are not able to find any results" to something else, that means the tracker is activated, correct? Which also mean I will receive my passport soon?
