Passport Return time after TRV approved?? (Within Canada)

Applied October 17th
Passport requested and sent October 31st
Passport recieved at Ottawa November 6th
Passport approved and sent for TRV stamping November 14th
TRV stamped November 23rd

Tracker is still not activated, havent recieved my passport yet.

Called IRCC and found out that TRV has been stamped and my passport has been ready to mail since then.

They cant give me an approximate time. So I want to know if anyone knows how long it takes usually to receive your passport after the stamping.

My flight is on 18th December so im getting really worried. Im going for a family reunion happening after 8 years! Sadly that is not a good enough reason to apply for an emergency processing case.

That's a question for your carrier, not for IRCC.

Give them a call. Usually they take between 2 to 15 business days.

But my passport hasnt been sent yet. Its still with the goverment and waiting in line to be mailed. Im wondering how long that process takes.

How can you possible know that? Tracking? Tracking is not reliable, much less during post black friday weeks, where carriers can barely keep up.
