Hi guys, I need some help.

My passport will expire in June 2015 and I will send my application for FSW in Dec 2014. Is that going to be a problem?
Is there any requirement as to how long the passport should be valid for?

i dont think there is a requirement . my case is also same , it will expire in june 2015 and I have already sent them the application yesterday . Should be fine

Thanks. Or what i can do is send my application which has photocopies of my passport that will expire in June 2015. And after sending the FSW application I will apply immediately to renew my passport, and once I get my new passport, I can inform CIC that I have got a new passport.

Will this be a correct thing to do? and if yes, how do I then contact CIC?

Thats what i have done, sent my current passport and will renew it now after 10-20 days . But I am not sure how to sent it to CIC , I will wait for comments from other members on this issue.
