Passport requested from Buffalo Office, Do not have Visa to travel to Canada.

Hi

We have recieved a call from Buffalo office for PR Visa on Passport. they have asked to submit passport together. My Husband is the main applicant and he is in Canada. However, i am in Pakistan and do not have Candian Visa to go back to Canada to get my passport Stamp. What should i do.

1-Should i corrier or mail my Passport to my Husband and he should submit passport together (Is that illegal).
2. Should i request somebody to carry my Passpoty?? (again it is not possible according to pakistan Law)

We have emailed to Buffalo Office, so far, they did not reply. Dead line is coming close. Can any one Help??

You have one choice if you want your visa, get your passport to your spouse in the US, so he can submit them. How you do it is your business, Buffalo will not help you on this.
