Passport Request

I applied for my study visa online on June 3, got a message on June 30th to submit my Police Certificate by July 15th, however I already had my Police Certificate at hand so I sent it in immediately. On July 14th I received another message that my passport is requested to complete the application process. Seems I have been approved It was quite a stressful waiting period, anxiety, uncertainty ......

Will anyone from Jamaica or anywhere else for that matter be going to Mohawk College in Sept?

Hello there, congratulations for the passport request. I was requested for the passport too on Sep 19th. Been a few days by now. I was curious how long did it take you to get it back?
Secondly does the request for passport mean that visa is confirmed or is there a possibility for refusal?
