passport request to be stamped

dear all,
Does anyone have experience about the days after medical the cic generally takes to send the final letter and request for passport to be stamped with visa. I did my medical and sent Singapore visa office the landing fees on 20.12.2010. Now how many days they may take to finalize.

Normally they take 2-5 months, but sometime it is more then 5 months, its depand on background check of the applicant.
