Hi, I recently received the Passport request for the Express Entry PR. However the address to which the Passport needs to be sent is unclear. I applied from New Delhi, India, so do I need to send my Passport for stamping to the nearest Canadian Embassy in New Delhi, or send it all the way to Canada?

Contact VFS and ask them. I think they have a hotline with the consulate. They can let you know for sure. I had a similar situation. My passport request came from Manila, but I was visiting New Delhi at the time. I went to the VFS office and told them that I was in Delhi at the moment and they contacted the embassy and issued a visa. Although my visa was a work permit but I think the principle is still the same.

You will need to apply to the nearest Canadian embassy in India. i.e., Delhi for you. I think you will need to submit the passport to VFS Global, the outsourced company for handling Canadian Visa - http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/contact_us.html

Congrats for the PPR, can i please request your application details like the date of AOR etc, i've applied from New Delhi too thus the added interest....to answer your query, this has been done countless times on the forum just contact the local VO and email Ottawa, they will issue a new PPR from your local VO, you can then reply to the new PPR as instructed.
