passport request need help

hi everyone, i need help and advice for this one.. i just got an email from manila VO for passport request and it says,

 Original Passport(s) for you and each family member who will accompany you to Canada To ensure timely processing and facilitate your travel, we strongly recommend that you submit the new red-coloured passports currently being issued by the Philippines authorities as they are in compliance with the machine-readable passport Requirement of the International Civil Aviation Orgaanization

my son proof of citizenship still on process and i don't have his passport.. do i need to get his Philippines passport and send it together with mine. they only giving me 30 days to submit documents.. I'm worried please help me with this.... thanks in advance

please i need help im also confused about APPENDIX A. If i need to list my child as my family member to accompany me to canada. plus i dont have his passport yet..the application of proof of citizenship still on going

Your child is Canadian and is not accompanying you. You do not send his passport.

thank you for your reply, you mean i will not listed him as family member who accompany me to canada? we go together as soon as get my PR as well as his proof of citizenship. so i just leave it blank when i fill in the appendix form? sorry i just want to make it clear..thanks

follow up question... family member who will accompany or not is only referring to a dependent child? so i just leave the child column blank when i fill in the form.

Accompanying refers to those who are included in the application. If the Appendix A states accompanying, then your child doesn't need to be listed.
