My lawyer applied LMIA for my cousin. They received passport request on July 27. But, the lawyer didn’t check the status properly until September 21. Today only we know it’s requested and already expired. We don’t know what to do. We were waiting 1 year. Still it’s a big mess… totally it’s a lawyer’s mistake. Anyone please tell what to do in this situation. Thank you
