After 8 months of wait time I have finally received the passport request letters for me, and two of my kids, and I'm thankful for that. However my kids passports are currently in the German embassy because I had an initial appointment with them. I had though that the German embassy would return the passports sooner, but today is the 3rd of November and our passports are still at the german embassy and my deadline to submit their passports to the Canadian embassy in Vienna is the 7th of November, which makes it impossible for my kids passports to arrive on time.
Can someone please be gracious to help request another date for "passport request letter". We just need 10 more business days if possible, please.
As far as my application is concerned, my date to submit my passport is different from my kids, and at this point I am only concerned for their visas.
I have already filled in a form for both under the application site
