Congrats Goal on PPR, Well it was long overdue.... I have submitted my one yesterday. Now we can wait for BDSkilled and Jnathan's good news while we wait for ours to complete.

Dear friends,
Please share your opinion on this issue.

My MRP (Machine Readable Passport) was issued just before my medical, which was delivered after my medical. So till medical I had used my previous passport in all correspondence regarding my immigration application.

Later, in response to the Passport Request, I have submitted both of my passport attaching the 'bar code level' (that comes along PPR) on the back cover of my new passport.

I also wrote a cover letter describing the situation; telling them that my new passport contains the number of my old passport; requesting them to stamp visa on my new passport and use my old passport for verification of all previous correspondence, if necessary.

Can you please let me know what you think? Do you think it will take more time than usual? Please share your thoughts.

My NOC is the same as yours (4131) and I got 2nd AOR from Singapore for about one month now. I would appreciate it if you would share your case regarding verification phonecall from Singapore VO. Did you (or your employer) receive phonecall or any other kind of experience verification from Singapore? If yes, what did they ask you? And how long after 2nd AOR that you got the call?

Also many thanks to any information from members of this thread (Singapore VO, I mean).

Well they did not contact my employer so far. I guess I am one of those few lucky ones, whom they ignore. But I think they might have done some other sort of verification, such as web search etc.

So far i know , they didnt make any query either physical or phone call to my previous and current employer. Dont know they did any web search or any other sort of search.

You should inform your employer about your immig process so that they can response positively. Because one of my friend was rejected only for wrong/inappropriate information provided by his HR secton. So be careful and manage ur employers.
