Hi, I received a passport request letter from CIC on 30th Sept. 2015 and they required us to submit our passports within 1 month for stamping. But my problem is my company is sending me for a business trip overseas on 15th October 2015 for 12 days. So it's going to conflict with the time period that they gave us. Can CIC give us some extension for the submission of passport? Or maybe if I submit our passports on 2nd of October can they return it back before 15? I really don't know what to do right now, I can't cancel my trip because my company have already made arrangements and booked the flight. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.
