PASSPORT REQUEST - EMBASSY WILL NOT RENEW - HAVE 10 DAYS LEFT - HELP

Hello members,
CIC has requested that I submit my passport, however my passport was taken from me when I claimed refugee. the cbsa only gave me a copy of the passport but they too the original passport from me.

Right now, my embassy is requesting for the original, I had told them that it was seized by CBSA, but they will not give me a new passport.

WHAT DO I DO. ? I ONLY HAVE 10 DAYS LEFT TO RESPOND TO cic.
I am getting frustrated with is process. I can not wait to get over it and move on with my life.

Why would you need to renew it? You are not supposed to use it or go to the country that you claimed asylum from. Inform IRCC that it's held by CBSA.
 
I have additional document request for my new application. which says I should submit a valid passport.

I went to my embassy , they said in other to get a valid passport , I will need to show them my expired passport.

my expired passport is with CSBA.- I CANT get it back.

How do I get a valid passport if my embassy will not give me one.
I have 10 days.

By my embassy do you mean the embassy for the country you are trying to escape from? You shouldn't have anything to do with them anymore. You could run the risk of losing your PR or having your claim denied.

When CBSA took your passport, did they give you any documentation of this fact? Submit that documentation along with an explanation to IRCC. Obviously you cannot submit your passport if CBSA has it.

yes they did give me a copy and stamped it saying its like original .

you mean I can submit that documentation along with explanation to IRCC and they will accept it?

Yes, there's nothing else you can do, right? And this is a reasonable answer as well. IRCC can't force you to do something impossible, especially when their sister agency has your passport.

yes my country embassy . they want my expired passport , in other to give me a valid passport.
my expired is with CBSA and they will not release it.

is that something you should be doing if you claimed refugee from them?

i am not but I claimed refugee at some point.
now my application is approved and they are requesting that I submit a valid passport.
my expired passport is with CBSA, When I first claimed and they never returned it and they wont give it back.
they told me to go to the office that seized it, but the office will not return it

If you were never granted protected staus which is the same thing as accepting you as a refugee you can get a new passport from your home country and get your passport back from CBSA. How did you get PR?

via spousal sponsorship sir.
I don't know how to get the passport . they are not given me unless CBSA release the original expired one.

sorry I am all over the place , I am just tired of this whole thing.
I need to know if what I can do .
someone just told me I can send a webform explaining to them that my passport was seized I am going to try that and hope its acceptable
