Passport Request by CHC New Delhi - Urgent help

Hi All,
Can anyone help me.
We are requested to submit the passport and RPRF to the CHC New Delhi By Feb 21. When tried to send the package thru BlueDart from Chennai, the courier office has requested us to not to add P.O. Box Number to the Address field, because there may not be guarantee for the delivery proof. Please could any one provide the details regarding this? What courier or postal service is safe to send the passports. Also, did anybody used return envelopes? Please let me know from which postal service i need to get.

I am in US and sent the passport along with my wife. I will be in big trouble if it is not delivered properly and not get back the passports immediately.

If some one provide me the information, It would be very much helpful.

Is there a way to submit the passport for visa stamping in foriegn embassy?

I am in Bahrain, & selected NDVO.

Can i request NDVO, to allow me to submit the passport to Bahrain Canadian embassy for VISA stamping?
I want to avoid sending passport to India while I stay here in Bahrain.

Please advice.

Send thro VFS Chennai. It is fast and safe. We can track passports.

Im not in india.
So want to avoid sending passport to NDVO...as i dont know how much time it will take to return the passport...

I got it back in one month time thro VFS. We can not send Indian passports thro courier to NDVO from outside India.
