Our extended family member from Costa Rica just received a passport request for their visitor visa. The VAC services for passport submission in Costa Rica is still closed but it seems as though the Mexico Visa Office is still processing passport stamping for other application streams. We sent a webform for further instruction but has anyone used a courier instead to submit their passport lately and did you coordinate this directly with the visa office?
