Passport Request and Landing fee paid

Hello there it's my first time to open a topic here and i am willing to share my timeline under family sponsorship. As of now, CIC has requested for me and my son's passport, PRPF receipt already sent too last February 17, 2015. Does anyone have an idea if this is a possible stage of visa approval and after how many weeks will CIC return our passports? Any idea? Thanks!

Impossible to say without knowling what your visa office is. Different visa offices have different processes. Some request passports early - some only when they are ready to issue the visa.

Oops im sorry, i forgot to say it's Manila Office here in the Philippines. July 30 2014 received by cic and received in cem 08 Jan 15. PPR by feb 12, 2015
