Hi all. I have a question about a friend of mine (Indian citizens). She and her husband have applied for PR via the express entry class. Their application has been approved and they have now been asked to submit their passports.
The twist is, the friend is already in Canada on a visitor visa.
The question here is, can she send her passport to Ottawa? Or does she have to submit her passport in New Delhi?
If it helps, her husband will be able to to fly to Canada (he also has his visitor visa) and be able to submit the passport to Ottawa.
