Hi fellow kababayans,
i need to know if it's really true that OFW's like most of us need not to secure an appointment when renewing passport in Manila. Coz my wife needs to renew her PP (valid until Sept. 20,2014). We are currently waiting PPR. And renewing here in UAE is very slow.

Is there anyone who experienced renewing PP in the Philippines recently? She is planning to renew 1st week of January since it's almost Christmas break back home. She wants to make sure before going home so she wont waste precious time and money..

Hope somebody can help me with this.
Thanks guys.

Yes, It's true...much better to go to Robinson's Galleria at late afternoon... 4 to 5 pm. They are open until 7:00pm. Be sure to bring along docs that you're an OFW. Fast processing (7 working days) will cost you PhP 1200.-.

ad123164 thank you very much. my wife's PP is our main concern now. Since our Medical Results was already forwarded last dec 3 to ADVO. we are expecting PPR anytime soon. with her PP only 9 months valid i know we will be in difficult situation. Thanks for the info.
