Hey guys. I'm not sure if anyone has this kind of case.
A few weeks ago, I got health checkup for my student visa. But today I found out that I need to renew my passport, which will change my passport number. Then, the passport number will be different from the identity document number issued in my health checkup.
I am planning to send the old passport. Will that be enough to explain unmatched numbers in my health checkup document and my renewed passport? Or should I write a separate explanation letter about it?
I know this will be the rare case so please reach me out if you have any idea or experience about it. Thank you in advance.
