Passport Reissued. Valid work permit and Visa in old passport.

Hello All,

I had to reissue my passport to include my spouse name. ( Happened in India)
My visa and work permit contains info of my old passport.
I was asked to carry both the passports when i return to Canada.
My concern is only with the Work Permit. Should i have to make any changes once i return to Canada?

Bring both passports. I believe the permit is still valid.
