I got the PPR email on September 1st, and CPC Ottawa received my passport on Sept 7th vie Fedex. I included the return shipping envelop and shipping label in the package. Today I got an email from CPC.
Dear applicant,
Your documents are finalized and ready to be sent to you. We have received your return courier envelope with the shipping label attached, however the label will not be accepted at the Customs border. We require three copies of your shipping label. Also, if you have the commercial invoice that was provided with your shipping label from FedEx, please e- mail it to us. We can then proceed with shipping your documents.
I am not sure what this means. Do I need to provide them with 3 copies of the shipping label along with the receipt? I created the return label on Fedex website. What should I do now?
