Passport Re-issue after ITA

Hello All,

My husband and I need to reissue passport after we received ITA. However, in the IELTS test, the details of old passport are entered. Please confirm if its ok to have IELTS result with older passport. Also in the express entry profile, should we delete the older passport details or should we keep it in addition to the new passport.

My husband and I need to reissue passport after we received ITA. However, in the IELTS test, the details of old passport are entered. Please confirm if its ok to have IELTS result with older passport. Also in the express entry profile, should we delete the older passport details or should we keep it in addition to the new passport.

All the information that you entered is now locked in the system and cannot be changed. You can now share the renewed passport's details and IRCC will make the necessary updated where required. About the IELTS result, it will not be a problem.
