I hope someone (ANYONE) can help me out here! My parents have applied for a visitor visa in July 2021, and have submitted their Biometrics on Sep 2nd 2021. Within the next few days, everything seemed to go very quick. PPR came the next day, followed by payment link for the courier charges. I have to note that they paid for Premium Lounge service at VFS.
After this they received an email stating that their address (Kannur, Kerala) is not serviceable, and that they have to drop their passports at Bluedart Vizag. This is not possible for them.
What follows next is a long list of one-sided emails (from me to VFS), trying to get them to respond if other alternate addresses are serviceable. It has been more than 10 days, and we are moving closer to the expiry of their PPR.
IS VFS's response this slow? Is there anything else that I can try?
I am tempted to fill out a new webform, but it mentions on that page that duplicate webforms will be deleted and will our application process down. What can we do now??
