Passport photos for PR app - lose or affixed to page?

Woo! Finally have everything all put together. Gonna make copies tomorrow and it will all be good to go. Quit a book of supporting documents.

Now, I have four passport photos, as required. Do I just send those in as is? Or am I supposed to attach them to document(s)? I see there's a spot for one on the PR app (IMM 0008), but I'm not sure if that's for one of the four photos I'm supposed to send, or what?

Read the visa office specific checklist,for the no. of photos. The instructions are contained in the guide

3 On the back of one photo of each person, write the name of the person in the photo and his or her height and eye colour.
4 Enclose the photos of each person in an envelope and seal the envelope.
5 Write your name and date of birth on the outside of the envelope.
6 Staple the envelope to your application form. Be careful not to staple or bend the photos.
