passport lost.

Hi members,

I lost my passport, applied and received the new one. I had traveled to Ireland for study, Abudhabi for work. i have the visa stamping copies(date of entry and exit) of all. Whether i should submit these copies or not . please help

As far as I know and what I filled in my form, just need to write your travel history in the required column.

So should i mention this on my application that my "passport was lost" and this is the new one
