Passport is undelivered

I got this messages ”The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No.20230628I**** is undelivered and has been received back at the Canada Visa Application Centre,
BANGALORE. Please contact the VAC helpline number at the earliest"

Hello I got the same message 2 days ago but passport was delivered same day check on blue dart tracking .vfs tracking is not showing correct info

I got the same message. What tracking number should I use for Bluedart? Should it be the same AWB number that was used to send the document or a different number? Please can someone advise. I only have one AWB number - the one used to send the passport and that only shows the old status when the passport was sent to New Delhi.

Hi, even I am in the same situation, Tracking number shows it was sent back to VAC in New Delhi but Bluedart shows in transit. Can someone please update if you received your passport or had to go to the VAC office to collect?
