I submitted my file in canadian embassy, chandigarh on 24th of aug 2018.And i got an email about my refusal on 31st of aug 2018.But when i m tracking my application online it still shows that my application is being processed at the canada visa office,chandigarh.
Plzzz can anyone tell me the reason why this is happening.
