passport ............!! hi seniors......!!

hi

i applied for TRV to visit my country and to come back.

but my TRV is refuced and my passport sent to

canada border services agency pacific region enforcement centre..........!!

now i am confused and i dont know what will be the result.

i have valid work permit untill sept 20th

but i am not working for them and even i am not working for any one at the moment.

i am planong to go back in sept any way...!

now my question is what will happen next?

why they sent my passport to that office?

To get a TRV as a worker, you have to provide a letter from your employer confirming that you are still employed, bank statements, etc. You say you don't work for anyone, so what did you write as the reason for your visit? ???

now my question will i get back my pass port?

is there any deportation order.....??

or i can still stay untill my work permit expires......!!!??

If you lied about working and got caught, that is misrepresentation and may be grounds for deportation. They can't keep your passport but whether or not you can stay until your work permit expires, I don't have information on that. You also have a pr application in process, right?

If you have a valid open work permit, you can stay till the expiry even if you don't have a job can't you? Now if the applicant actually said they were employed when they weren't, that I don't know about. I had a similar situation where I applied to extend my TRV by 4 months because my work permit was expiring. I didn't have any problems extending it, but I guess i was employed at the time.

Just a tip: For question 4 under "Details of visit to Canada":
"name and address of the person/institution I will visit" = name and address of your employer
"relationship to me" = employer

Do not forget to get a letter from your employer that confirms when you were hired and that you are currently employed. Also get a statement of account balance from your bank.
