Passport- ETA?

Hi friends
I have another question for you, I hope you can help me.

I have a query, I have dual nationality, I'm Chilean-Canadian and when traveling to Canada, need to buy the ETA ?.

When I pass by Chilean immigration I'll spend with my Chilean passport, when entering Canadian immigration show the Canadian passport, I have to buy the ETA?
