Hi dear all,

My wife and I were planning to go Canada for a short trip around October, so I did the online application by adding her as my family member. We just got a message from CIC asking us provide our passport stuff. We were re-diretcted to the VAC website, and got confused there. For the "Passport delivery / e-Application Fee"($30.59), we are not sure it is just one-time-charge for our whole application, or we actually should pay it for each person (so $30.59 X 2). Also, are we allow to put all both of our docs into one envelope? I thought it should be OK, but not 100% sure. Any comments will be appreciated, thanks guys!

This is a VAC specific question. Better contact the VAC for answers.

I can see why this is confusing. I dealt VFS Global, the VAC in Saudi Arabia for my wife's TRV. Their website states the charge for courier services but she didn't have to pay that charge when we submitted her passport at the VAC.

Better check with your local VAC.
