Passport Delivered at CPC Ottawa and Waiting for COPR ----- come in here, keep each other updated.

Passport received on April 14th sent via fedex. Signed by R.Rosie on arrival in ottawa. Passport got stamped on April 28th. Still waiting for return tracker to activate it fedex. Hopefully, they send it back this week.

Is April 14th the delivery date or on April 14th the status was updated to Passport received on the application tracker?

good morning all. i am too is waiting for my passport to be mailed out. the counterfoil was issued on 4/28. Still no update from fedex which i assume that they still have my passport.

I sent my passport visa UPS from USA on April 15th, and got the received status update on tracker on April 29th, after that no update.

Hi! I got an email yesterday asking if I needed extension of COPR validity which I declined. And today, I got an email asking for a new commercial invoice. No status change on the application tracker yet.

Ah, I just checked my GC Key Portal, and today they updated the Counterfoil, so I guess I should get some update soon.

Did they asked for new commercial invoice after counterfoil update?
I have not sent any commercial invoice because UPS guy said that they don't generate the commercial invoice now as everything is digital.

The only updates I have got so far are the emails I mentioned as above. Otherwise, I don’t see any update on the tracker. I had sent them commercial invoices that FedEx generated by default. But there was a minor error that needed to be fixed and I have emailed the new ones to them now.

I’ve been reading past posts and it seems unusual why they have not mail

this is my timeline:
April 8 - PPR
April 10 - delivered to ottowa(N.Joe)
April 28 - counterfoil issued
April 29/May 5 - no update on FedEx(self stamped envelope)
May 6 - sent a web form inquiry
Waiting for response or FedEx update.

@win611 i think it is not unusual for them to not send the passport right away after stamping. But let me know too if you hear back from them.

I got an update on the application tracker. Passport has been marked received and application closed.
PPR- April 14
Passport received- April 29 (CPC Ottawa)
New commercial invoice request- May 6
Passport received update- May 6
Application closed on tracker- May 7

Awaiting FedEx activation.

here's my timeline:
April 1st - Passport, photos, annex A delivered to CPC Ottawa (from USA)
April 14th - Received Email to resend photos
April 15th - New photos delivered to CPC Ottawa
April 28th - Counterfoil Update
April 29th - FedEx Tracker Activated
April 30th - Passport and COPR delivered
Total Days: 30

Does the status in Tracker goes from "In Progress" to "Closed" once the Counterfoil is generated?
